There was this big disscussion on that unit not so long ago - the NY GHR - someone bought one, maybe he can chime in.
You do get what you pay for in GHRs I'm afraid to say, but its better value than the hyper unit for sure!
Well, I know it's not as durable as Dr.Squat's $1,000.00 GHR, but you can come close to simulating the movement. It has a lifetime warranty on the equipment, so it has to be somewhat sturdy. You can do Hyperextensions, Reverse Hypers with bands, and GHR's on it. Also, I don't what that guys doing demonstarting the machine below. LOL!!!!
Anything for the lower back compared to abs, Abs you can hit almost anywhere with weights where sometimes you need a suspension aparatus for lower back
Get the GHR unit, you will find it good value. the variety of exercises you can do on it is great, and for the price, you can't complain really. A GHR is better than no GHR
