damn, j_100801, you make that sound great, i think i am going to get off my ass and get to the gym an hour early.....by the way this DNP stuff sounds great, has anyone actually done this and gotten any decent results and have they lasted?j_100801
 
Ketogenic diet! 3 days zero carb, 1 day high carb. INTENSE cardio on no carb days, to speed up your slowed-down metabolism. 10 lbs in a two weeks will be easy.
If you don't train, you will lose a lot of muscle mass.

From what I've read about DNP that'll give you exactly what you want. HOWEVER, you only have two weeks and it'd probably take that long to get to you if you ordered it. 10lbs. in 2 weeks seems like a lot to me unless losing water will satisfy you. You can probably do it but you're looking at almost half of it being muscle IMO - though I've never tried winny so I'm not sure id that'll do it for ya.

Do a search and you'll be amazed at what you can learn... and yes, lots of bros on this board have used it and gotten some very tangible results...
 
Cardio/Diet. wouldn't recommend DNP, use Clen instead you'll loose not even the half of it but much safer
Continue with Winny, it will preserve your mass
 
YellowBomber, if i may ask.. why wouldnt you use DNP? do you think its that unsafe?.. is it effective? better than clen?
 
DNP is incredibly unsafe for someone who doesn't take the time to learn about it. al1602, no offense... but do you know what DNP actually does to your body to burn fat? Hell, I'm not even sure if I have a full handle on it yet...
 
Losing Fat

Keep taking winny like you are doing 1
Do cardio on empty stomach after awakening. 2
Do cardio 30-45 minutes every day. 3
Do not eat any carbs after 5 oclock in afternoon. 4
Eat very clean and up your dosage of protein. 5
Keep a water bottle in hand all the time and sip on it all day.6
Good luck, I gurantee this will work!
