Need tips on beginning cycle! Before, during and after

BF: 14%
Training Schedule: swimming 4 days per week, cardio 3 days, lifting 5 days.

I fell off the boat recently and I'm gettin back into hittin the weights hard. My question is not about diet or nutrition I have that somewhat perfected. What I would like are some tips on what I should buy for my cycle. I'd like to reach about 175-180 with 9-10% bf, I was lookin at trying a test 250/deca cycle but only because I hadn't really schooled myself in what was really out there. If I do a bulking cycle with a lot of cardio, running/swimming maybe some crossfit. Would I need to do a cutting cycle? I don't really want to just get huge and have a whole ton of water retention.

So pretty much here's the questions I have. What would be a good first cycle including pct? Is forma-stanazol good for stopping gyno and water retention or should I invest in others? Dbol/winstrol a good mix for a weight/cutting cycle? Or maybe tren/dbol or tren/test? Also I don't really know a whole lot of prefixes so if y'all could say the name and for example not aas or something of that nature it would be appreciated greatly.
 
Buddy I hate to be the bearer of bad news, but I am just gonna tell u ahead of time what everyone else is gonna tell u. U have a lot of natural potential left in you for growth. I know u say u have the diet perfected and if this is the case I would just stick to a good clean diet and hit the weights hard and heavy. I am 22 years old myself and a shade under 5'9 and right now I am sitting at 212 lbs at between 10-13% bf, and I have yet to ever do a cycle (that's not saying I don't plan to, that is just my current history). Also if u just "have" to jump on a cycle so soon, keep it simple. Hardly no one here on EF will recommend deca or tren for a first cycle. Period. A simple run of test and that's about it. I am not trying to be a jerk or anything but you have tons of natural potential still left in u. If u need training tips or diet advice any of us here would be happy to help.

My advice is don't do steroids.

Bro your only 155lbs and 22 why on earth would you need aas to get bigger?

If you ate and trained right for the next 3 months you would get to that target size and shape you wanted to with ease.

At most do a Beastdrol cycle
Go to www.mrsupps.com and buy yourself the Beastdrol stack it's good stuff if you eat and train right.

Take my advice and build a good base and up your weight naturally before starting any steroid cycles.

Totally understand what your saying and where your coming from. This isn't a discussion on whether or not I should do a cycle though. I have done a mix deca/test 250 before it was a couple years ago and I really liked it. The results were great but what I am looking for is information on what compounds go well together. Not trying to be a jerk because I might have to take you up on your routine and diet tips. But I am going to be doing a cycle so i would like some tips. Otherwise I'll just be making a decision based off of the information I've been reading on sites and forums.
 
Ok you say 3 months good diet, hittin the weights I'll be at my target? I eat 3500-4k cals a day with 175-190g of protein a day. Workin out now for 4 and a half months. I've gained 4 pounds and my bf has went down 1%. I have an over active metabolism that makes it very difficult for me to put on weight. I eat like I'm on roids already, trust me I've done put in the time. Im not an impatient boy I'm simply tired of putting in work for minimal to no results.
 
Well first off I'd youre eating 4k calories a day and are splitting 40/40/20 that would be 400g of protein a day tho idk about THAT many lol. 190g is def not enuff tho. You weight 155. 1.5g/lb of bw in protein would be 230g/day. And that's a minimum I'd say for you since you're a hardgainer so you say. Also...at 22 you ran test/deca a couple of years ago and the results were great?! What did you weigh?? 120lbs? Bro...cmon man. Ultimately it's your body. That said you're still effin up. I'd hate to see you waste good gear Bc of a diet that might not be crappy..just not suited to what your body requires. Best of luck...I'd run test only if you're adamant about not listening to us.
 
Welcome to EF, a few points:

You say your diet is perfected yet you've gained 4 pounds in 4 months? You're diet is not perfected, NO ONE'S is....and by the questions you've asked you don't have enough education to be using AAS....

You have come to the right place to learn but you're going to have to be patient, go to the diet and training forums here to learn....or post your diet and specific training routine.....IMO there is no such thing as a "hard gainer"

K I don't want to use aas or know what it is. Simply used it as an example of what not to say because I don't know all the prefixes. Anyways I'll just make a decision of my own since y'all refuse to do anything but critique my questions/statements. Once again... Not a discussion on whether or not I should use but what I should use. And on the test/deca I went from 150-167 and my strength gains overall were about 30%. That was a 12 week cycle and the reason why I decide to do another cycle. I'm not trying to be a huge body building fanatic. I simply want to start the gains in motion so that hopefully they will continue on after the cycle is over. Not lookin to weigh 200 at 7% bf guys just tryin to get past skin n bones here. So I'd really appreciate some informative information on cycles to put on lean muscle not your opinion on whether I'm wasting gear or not. Not trying to be rude but it's my money and time so idk why it's such a big deal to you if it puts me where I want to be.
 
You seem like you're wanting to use aas as a shortcut to your results bro. No disrespect bro. I'm not not gonna advise someone who has plenty of natural levels of 'juice' to make those gains you want. You jumped 150-167lb in 12 weeks with test and deca. That's it?! And now you're back down to 155lb. And that was a few years ago?? Youre doing something so wrong my friend. It's down to your diet. You're clearly putting out more than you're putting in. Aas isn't gonna help anything with that. All that is gonna happen is that you'll balloon up for a few weeks and then you'll be right back to where you started wanting to waste more money, your time, my time and advice, and most importantly, your health...so. U wanna do it?? Go ahead. But..3 months in Advance..you heard it here first..told ya so. Just make sure to run a proper pct so you can hopefully spare something after.

Sidenote- I could make you gain 12lbs in 12 weeks if you were my client. All natural. Just sayin.
 
You want my advice? Pm me. Gimme a breakdown of your diet And your training regimen. I'll tweak it, hell, I have a good buddy who is a bodybuilding contest prep trainer for natural bodybuilders. I'll run it by him and have him tweak it. You try that for a few months and see if you respond. Guarantee you will get some phenomenal growth from that.
 
Honestly I knew nothing about roids last time I used. Had no idea what a pct was.. I was a year out of high school and just wanted to get big. And I used 250mg of test and 200 mg of deca once a week. I had no side effects what so ever. Except my butt was a lil sore because I didn't realize the injections we're supposed to go in slowly.
