Well, like others have said. You can't please everyone.
3-4 times a week isn't a lot if you're only doing an hour or so.
A lot of the appeal of working out, for me, isn't just the muscles. It's time alone, in my head, with no one else requiring anything of me. Or just listening to my music and tuning even my thoughts out.
For others it's going to the gym & doing something with like minded people that they don't work with, or live with.
