need some tips after quitting caffeine

So I’ve been used to drinking caffeine before my workouts for years
recently quit using it entirely cold turkey
I feel tired when I train, but MUCH happier and better mood overall
should I start drinking something else in the mean time or will this tired feeling pass?

i would switch to green tea and see if its better for you
 
i only drink water man

if you want optimal training drink what every animal on earth drinks before they expend calories. i don't see street cats drinking caffeine to go hunt for rats at night lol.

all these fucking supplement companies want to sell you this or that drink it's all a scam
 
Quitting cold turkey is very difficult it's probably better to not do it like that
 
just like any addiction it's going to be hard for a few weeks but then you'll get better
