I was just kidding about the soloflex and total gym... I have a freeweight setup, nothing big or special... enough for me to work every muscle group.
Squat rack, POS Smith rack, Preacher Bench, Dip, pullup, leg raise thingy, Dumbell rack, ez curl bar, incline/decline bench. I also have a membership to the Ymca and 24 hour. Honestly this works for me...

I moved both my couches, my TV and all the furniture into a smaller part of the house, lugged all the weights from the garage into the house. Now I stumble over them as I walk out of my office... I'm forced to look at weights anywhere I move in the house. Lift, lift, lift... I still want more stuff, waiting for PM to hook a brotha up with a calve machine lol.
