Coming from another hockey player.

I would not worry about the weight. Use an anti-e for bloat but if you are practicing 2-3 times a week, your body will become accustomed to the added weight.

I found (with or without juice) That doing a bulking cycle with constant practices is best. You gain some weight, but making your body works twice as hard. Then when you start to lean out your twice as strong as you were because of the way your body aqdjusted to the extra weight. (making sense?)
