Need some help here....

I want to start doing chest tricep and bicep injections, I see the chart of where it is suppose to go, but how in the hell do you guys inject into the tricep by yourselves?
Plus when injecting in the chest, do you juts push strait in or sideways? I am using 5/8" 25 gauge...using Fina at 75mg ED.... thanks for all the help

Tri's and bis-Stick to the outer heads primarily,as they have fewer nerve networks.The inner heads are ripe with nerves.Be very carefull in the chest bro,as it is quite abundant as well...

Ok, thanks....should I start with 1cc or 1/2 a cc?

Just wondering....do not need too much pain or swelling...
