need some hamstring and calve stretches

my hammies and calves are VERY tight all the time


If anyone has some...i would like some stretches to fix this. I think this will help me get better depth while squatting.

also how often can i stretch? every morning? evey night? only a few times a week? i've never been a big stretcher and i think i need to start

for your calves: start doing overhead squats (light) before me and de work, when you can do them atf without your heels coming off the floor, your calves are flexible enough

for your hamstrings: i sent you a pm about a variation of rdl's that will stretch the lower back and hamstrings...try them. Other than that try assisted stretching, swing throughs, wall sits w/ an arch ect.
