need some cooking suggestions

got bout 2 3/4lbs of black tip shark steaks i wanna cook up soon. any suggestions for marinating/cooking them? i usually prefer to marinate fish then cook it on the grill after it's soaked for a day or two. i don't remember what i did with black tip shark the last time i had it, and i couldn't think of anything good to do to it this time.

any ideas?
 
I know how to make a protein shake taste even worse :o
Other than that I don't even come around kitchen quarters/-ware, something usually breaks, leaks, incinerates - that help?
 
Soak it in Milk overnight
Get the grill med hot and grease it up good with veg oil
salt/pepper them and grill them up. Don't do a lot of turning or they will break apart.
Best to use one of those wire racks or a grill with narrow grates
Yum..

Shark is the easiest fish IMO because it is so easy to clean them
No bones just the cartil backbone.. ALL MEAT..
I remember a beach stay where we cooked up probably 6 small sand sharks
on grills along the hotel deck and shared it with lots of strangers.
They were very shocked it was shark they were eating it was so good
