Need some advice on winstrol or another type of cutting steroid

yeah thanks for the help. I was trying to find a diet that fits me im a pretty picky eater but theres alot of stuff that he listed that i do eat and do like and a few things i could tolerate!

i just need to set up a days worth of eating plan. like what to eat every meal and how much of it.

I would say at your weight at least 300g of protien a day. As for carbs since you are trying to loose weight start at 150-200 a day, then adjust from there. Dont forget to throw in some healthy fats like natty pb(i like the skippy natural myself) evoo, almonds, peanuts, etc.

Shoot for eating every 2-3 hours, if you not hungry eat smaller portions. Carbs early in the day, protien every meal! I know work and your MMA stuff may dictate when you can eat but there are plenty of shakes and stuff that are convienent. Your metabolism will adapt quickly. Then you will be a fat burning, muscle building machine. Once your metabolism gets goin you will be so hungry and full of energy all the time you'll be on fire! Bro getting your diet in check is the best thing you will have acomplished this year if you are really dedicated.

thats to much food for someone only 185 lbs

thats 2360 calories for 185 lb guy with a slow metabolism..he will just bloat up and start getting fatter...
once his metabolism starts rocking then he can up the calories...but id start off lower

I bet he would loose fat AND gain muscle. C'mon he's only eating once a day. It wouldnt be instantaneous but if he's in this for the long haul its not a bad start. He may not be able to put on any weight though with his fighting?

What would you reccomend for him less carbs?
I like to start high and work my way down when trying to shed fat. Thats just personal prefference, and probably cuz I just taper my bulking diet down into a cutting diet. But for this guys situation and experience level I think your right. Just getting in 5 meals a day would work wonders for him.

i would think around 1800

226 protein grams
135 carbs grams
40 fats grams

give him a good starting point,im sure he could make some gains at first and shed fat..once everything slows down adust the diet accordingly..but 2400 to start off at may just fatten him up
 
sorry wasnt online last night lol.. yeah im trying to get my meals up right now its pretty hard to do i was force feeding myself oatmeal and just fealt like throwing it up.. i have chicken breast last night with white rice and water.

I still think im gonna go the winstrol way as well. so if you guys have suggestions on that let me know. as to how much i should be taking and what not
 
Nice bro, glad to see your goin through with it. I know you dont want to hear this but hold off on the gear. Get ur diet goin first, trust me a month of proper eating you'll make gains like never before.
what does your work out routine look like ?

Also I think a winny only cycle is bad for a first cycle, I'm glad your goal oriented though.
 
well when i first started lifting i did low reps and high weights but for a few months now i have switched to lower weights and alot of reps between 15-20 for 3-4 sets depending on what im doing

monday is chest
tuesday arms
wed back
thursday shoulders and some legs
friday arms and then next friday chest I alternate between those too
