I would say at your weight at least 300g of protien a day. As for carbs since you are trying to loose weight start at 150-200 a day, then adjust from there. Dont forget to throw in some healthy fats like natty pb(i like the skippy natural myself) evoo, almonds, peanuts, etc.
Shoot for eating every 2-3 hours, if you not hungry eat smaller portions. Carbs early in the day, protien every meal! I know work and your MMA stuff may dictate when you can eat but there are plenty of shakes and stuff that are convienent. Your metabolism will adapt quickly. Then you will be a fat burning, muscle building machine. Once your metabolism gets goin you will be so hungry and full of energy all the time you'll be on fire! Bro getting your diet in check is the best thing you will have acomplished this year if you are really dedicated.
