I red those threads about leptin and adaptation. I think this may be the problem I face when dieting. My body just adapts very quickly. So I'm thinking about a diet like this:
160lbs 10% 2400 cal for maintenance
day 1: 1200 cal (mostly protein)
day 2: 2600 cal (G:350 P:200 l:50))
day 3: same as day 1
day 4: same as day 2
What do you think?
