135 x 10

are doing them correctly or just throwing your back out in the gym, because if you can do 135 x 10...correctly and with good form...after the other excercises...your arms would have to be huge
 
You'd figure they would be but they're only around 16 1/2"-17''
That's not that huge in strongman. My tendons do feel like cables but the biceps.....nah.
I've been doing 135-10 for quite some time now with good form.
