Need new arm workout to help growth

This is my current arm routine:
BB curls - 75-8x, 95-6x, 115-6x, 135-5, 155-5, 165-5, 135-10

DB curls - 35-10,45-8,60-8,70-7, 75-6

Machine Preacher Curls - 5 sets of 8

Hammer Curls - 45-8, 55-8, 65-8, (either 75 or 80) for 6

I've done this workout for about two months and I do get a decent pump but the growth for my biceps really isn't going as I'd like it to. I know my nutrition is up can anyone think of anything else I can do to increase the size or stimulate some growth?

Thanks.

Looks like a lot of volume for such a small muscle group.

Choose three of your favorite exercises and rotate them each bicep training session. Here is an example:

Workout 1 -

1. Barbell curls - 3 x 5-8

Workout 2 -

1. Seated Dumbbell Curls - 3 x 8-12

Workout 3 -

1. Preacher Curls (EZ bar or dumbbell) 3 x 8-12

Remember, you use a lot of bicep when you perform back exercises. . make sure you are getting enough rest. Performing set after set after set will break you down to the point where it is difficult to recover.

I'm having having trouble with getting faster times on my stones and I'd like to get them off the ground a little quicker. It will require more arm strength and I find that (now that I"m looking at some of the numbers put up by many guys on this board) that I'm lagging a bit in that area.
Arm strength is key for better truck pulls, log cleans (especially heavy logs), Husafell Stone Carries, Arm Over Arm pulls and may more arm isolate events.
Any ideas?

Thanks.

Size does not equal strength.

If you are wanting to know how to increase your arm strength, then that is different than wanting to increase your arm size.

But a pro athlete already knows that.

Hey Swain,
I took some of your routine and this is what I did last night.

Dumbbell curls - 35-15, 55-12, 65-8, 70-8, 75-6

(about 45sec-1 min in between sets)

Seated EZ curl bar preacher curls.
55-12x, 75-12x, 95-8x, 115-8-135-7, 145-5
Same thing as dumbbell set, about 1 min rest.

Heavy hammers (a bit a of cheating but nothing major)

55-8, 70-8, 80-8, 85-8, 65-12 (got a good pump here)

It felt pretty good and I'm a bit sore today. I'll stick with this for a bit and see how it goes. I had tons of energy left over considering the workout is quite a bit shorter than my last bi's routine.

Thanks for the idea Swain!

And for Cheesedick the bb'er
If you knew that most ectomorphs that are natural and they train heavy, usually bigger does mean stronger. But I guess you wouldn't know that. Keep on crank'in cheesedick.

p.s. - Swain what are your lifts/stats like?

Wow. That was a little harsh.

Have I ever said anything derogatory towards you or your lifting? Have I ever called you any names? No, I don't think I have.

I was just trying to help you out, but then I realized that someone with your level of experience probably already knew what I was saying.

And for the record, I train using WSB principles. Last time I checked that was a powerlifting routine.
