Well once you find out how to fill the space, I need help Building my chewing muscles, those fucking rocks these days are much harder than they were 2-3 years ago. Anyone know some face building technique? And no im not takeing STEROIDS to get my face bigger, I want to be all natural.

You can direct stress to the inner chest by doing pec dec flyes and cable crossovers, going heavy but only doing the last 1/4 of the movement. This is only going to be a range of about 2-3 inches. You can also do one arm pec dec flyes so you actually can bring the pad all the way across the body and touch to the opposite pec as opposed to stopping at the midway mark. You will get an incredible inner chest cramp from these.
regardless of whether or not you can stress the inner chest to feel it more, you cannot make just the inner chest grow. There is not a sepperate inner chest muscle.
Did any of you play "open chest" in high school? We did and those guys with the chest separation to where thier breast bone was exposted got hurt pretty bad sometimes. Floored a few kids that way...
