Need help

Dominique

New member
I'm 33, weight 245 lbs, height 6.1, BF 15-17%
I workout heavy for the last 2 years I want to build more muscle, I always work out just using protein shakes, caffeine, and lately creatine, I feel like I'm not having enough rest and I cannot loose any more BF and I'm really bad with my diet! Do you think if I use a test-e booster would help, or something else and I want to try STD can I do only one cycle you that would help or do I have to drop my BF lower before using? Any suggestions or critics would be welcome and appreciated. Thanks

Well you gotta do more about your diet as you say your really bad about it. As lose more bf gets harder to continue especially depending on the individual. You either have to excercise even more try make up for diet or get diet a little better.
With your stats there no reason you couldn't run a cycle and think would be happy with results but not gonna jus help you lose much bf without diet and for a first cycle I think is best to focus on gaining muscle.
If can clean up diet some and look into albuterol maybe can have continued results, but diet is number one!
What's your diet like?

Dominique : most test boosters are a waste , your diet needs to be your main focus to lose body fat . Run a simple test cycle maybe with tbol as a kick start and cut most carbs and sugar out of your diet , you could post diet if you'd like and we try to tweak it for you .when I cut I basically eat egg whites for breakfast with low sugar oatmeal , fish, lean turkey and chicken breast with veggies not red meat though but if you wan to speed it up stick to only fish and egg whites with very little carbs before
2 pm . You will lose some strength but your goals is to lose weight .

You apprear to have a good base and if you are considering a cycle...test only for your first. I will recommend getting your diet and incorporating some cardio to get your bodyfat down to 10-12% before the cycle though...higher the bodyfat, more risks of estrogen related sides.

If that is you in the avatar...you are a beast, you will enjoy a nice test only cycle for your first time getting your feet wet, and when you are ready we can design a nice fun run here for you.

Welcome to the forum bro...hope you stick around and get acquainted and learn from a ton of knowledgeable bros here, and kudos to you for posting your stats on your first post...most new members neglect that and we have to inquire...you must have done your homework!

Yeah! That's my first post and really appreciate the help. Like I said I never use anything than protein and caffeine, I just started using creatines 3 month ago. I eat healthy but in very large portion I have only two meals a day it could from a hole roasted chicken and a salad for one meal and I workout 4 times a week and 4 hrs each day. I been creeping a lot on everyone post. Since those stuff are really taboo so you cannot approach any one at the gym and ask them stuff specially when you are a new member and just moved in a small town. Lol!

So you really are new to the supplement scene if you have been using creatine a short while now...hmmm, lets get your diet and training dialed in more before you take the step bro, head over to Diet & Bodybuilding - EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Forums, and Weight Training & Weight Lifting - EliteFitness.com Bodybuilding Forums and keep creeping some bro, do some more homework and incorporate some new principles in these areas first, and then maybe design a program based on these areas, drop some bodyfat, and we will take it from there...that is just my recommendation.

Started a clean diet today and doing OK! Cross my fingers need to get that body fat dow only worry is loosing mass and strength would suck

First of all you need to maintain your diet plan and follow it regularly. When you feel that your body has become fit, after that you must take proper exercise to build your muscle as per your need.
