question: If I do a low dose cycle of test 50 or 100 mg a week will i still have to PCT? Or is that low of dose not going to do anything for me anyways??

definitely do not do 50mg of test a week.

please do more research..

look for good first stacks.. read all the stickies

while you are doing your research change up your diet and routine and increase your intensity at the gym

why do you keep avoiding the questions and comments about changing your diet and routine... this is where your problems are... if you keep avoiding the obvious issue how do you expect anyone to ever really help you....

Put that crap in the cabinet now, stored properly it will be goodfor a good 7-8 yrs, now for starters i'm not telling you to wait 7-8 yrs, what i'm trying to do educate you, Steroids were desizned for athletes to go past the edge of their potentual, If you're not conditioned with at least 4-5 hard yrs in the gym forget it.
Sure you'll gain something but as soon as you come off you'll lose it all, The majority thinks this is some magic pill, If you're going to the olympics or competeing yeah! first starting out no. you'll mess your natural hormones up and get depressed loosing all that you got!

okay i have been working out for around 10 years 3 days a week, the past year i have been doing it least 5 days in the gym. plus I run a 5k 4 time a year so I also train for that too. I work in mfg and work hard at my 9 to 5. I also do yoga twice a day am and pm for 20 min.
I eat helthy but its hard to eat alot. I will take any advice about diet i can get. I am not avoiding the questions, I just have not had the time to add it all up.
Thanks

at your height and weight how are you running 5K's?

when i was an endurance athlete i weighed in the 130's and 140's and I am your height. do you just run them for fun? you are hefty for a runner.

the yoga thing you are doing is probably what is making you sore.. stretching out your muscles for 20 minutes 2X per day is gonna make you sore. just do light yoga after your workouts.. i did yoga back on saturday and my hamstrings were sore for 2 days, and its not like i never stretch.. its just that in yoga you over stretch the muscles and its way more intense than normal stretching.

also running a lot will make you sore as well. i would focus on 1 thing at a time.. if you want to be a 5K runner then focus on that, if you want to be a bodybuilder focus on that.. trying to throw in a bunch of things at one time its no wonder you are sore. your muscles are begging you to give them a break

also if juicing was the solution here hypothetically then what are you gonna do when you come off? be right back in this same boat? if what you say is true you are over training. and you are not getting enough rest. IF rest to you is running 5K's and 40 minutes of yoga then you are overtraining. yoga will still work the shit out of your muscles and stretch them out, and 5K's are brutal on your legs and shoulders as well.

this is what you do if you want to bodybuild and build muscle. forget the 5K's. just do a 20 minute walk a day or EOD. do intense yoga 2-3X per month at the most. do regular stretching after your workouts but not too deep whatever muscles you worked that session. and stick to lifting 5X per week like you have been doing. get 8 hours of sleep. and you will be GOLDEN
