Okay well thanks right now im reading {http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=998224} for some good info and what to do.. im going to do 5x5 and do the things he list to do, everyday.. and okay so drink one before and after? seems like alot.. should it be 1 scoop or 2 for the full 52g of protein?
i cant tell you how many grams you need. this is the part you have to do yourself. you need to figure out the calories, then the %, then divide by number of meals, and then you will know how much you need per meal.
if you take in too much, it will turn to fat. there isnt a one formula works for everyone.
once you calculate how many calories you should be eating, i want you to figure out how many calories you have been eating. i GUARANTEE that you havent been eating enough.
and i know that eating more goes against the grain of what we all hear... you know... eat less and lose weight.
if you want to grow, you have to feed your muscles. you can eat until you puke and not gain an ounce of fat, because you will be eating the things that your body needs and when it needs them.
for someone that was overweight from eating, Im sure that is hard to understand. But try it for 60 days and see what you think.
You dont need a complicated workout either. you need the basics right now. your body is new to all this so it will respond nicely.
