Does anyone know of any steroids or just a ph that will make you lose fat and at the same time build muscle? I've been hearing that it's literally impossible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time so that's why i'm asking. Any ideas??

Can you help us out by telling us a little bit about yourself?

Age, ht, wt, training experience, BF% etc
 
I'm 22 6ft 175 been lifting since junior high in football and after i graduated i starting to really hitting the weights 5 days a week and have a solid diet. I'm not real sure what my bf % is but last time i got it checked on a caliper it was 7% but to me i don't think that was right because i still have fat around my mid section. I want to gain some lean muscle mass and lose some of this body fat that's why i'm leaning toward a ph or something. What do you think?

At your weight, absolutely not.


At your height and weight, you are not carrying a substantial amount of muscle mass. You should get on a solid bulking diet full of clean foods and protein. You should sky past 200 lbs in a matter of months while still remaining fairly lean.

Hormones should not be a resort to lacking diet and/or training. This would only encourage lazyness and you will never get to where you want to be. The fat burning effects are only there if you have a diet that is consistent with losing fat. You can't eat garbage and get ripped.
 
I've been eating perfectly clean for the past 3 months at about 3000 cals now and i barely gained anything. I know you say ph is not the way to go but it seems like that might be my only chance. I've taking havoc before and saw great results. What do you think about stacking havoc and trenadrol together? Would this be even better?

3000 calories at 6FT? No no no no no bro.


3000 calories will work for someone who is 5'8" bro, not you. Tall guys need WAY more calories than the short guys.

I'm 6'2" and I weighed 175 lbs In november of 2007. In barely over a year I weighed 225. I still weigh 225, but I am much leaner than then.




Move those calories to 4000 daily with 350 grams of protein everyday and you will put on a lot of mass, I promise.
 
Yea i'm sure i will and a lot of fat gain with that too! Also whenever i experience in trying to eat more i usually end up gaining fat which i don't want at all.

That's just part of the deal bro. You aren't gonna get huge and stay ultra ripped the entire journey to being a monster unless you wan it to take 30 years. Or you could gain a ton of mass really fast, and be huge, and cut a little BF once you gain the mass.

It seems to me your metabolism is really high, so you will just burn off fat at a faster rate the more BF you gain.

If you eat clean, you will not gain that much BF.

Or, you can stay skinny your whole life. Your choice.


You ask for help, but when it's given to you, you push against it.

I'm not the perfect example, but I was even skinnier than you, and now I am looking prety decent. I just gained the BF along with the muscle. You aren't going to get fat or even lok fat if that's what you think will happen. then I took 8 weeks and trimmed off the fat. Bam, 220lbs at 10% BF. I look like a whole new person in a little over a years time.

I was just where you are at. I know wht the dllemma is. I say F$^& it and get big.

Oh, and if you thinkhormones will help you gain weight at the same amount of calories, yo're wrong. Sure, initially you'll gain some weight, but then lose it and end up right back where you sarted.

Here's a sample of my diet. Let me know what you think i should do with it?

9:00- 4 egg whites and 1 whole egg mixed in with 4 slices of turkey and spinach, 1/2 cup of oatmeal with 1 tbsp of PB and cup of blueberries

12:00- 2 cans of tuna in whole wheat pita bread and a apple or green beans

1- (sip on intrabolic) Workout

2:00- (pwo shake) ON 100% whey and banana

3:00- 8-10oz chicken breast, 1/2 cup of brown rice or sweet potato, broccoli

6:00- 8-10oz talapia or salmon or lean steak and salad with 15 almonds

9:00- Whey protein shake with 1 tbsp of pb

Before bed: 1/2 cup 2% cottage cheese

this is about 3000 cals
protein about 350g
fat about 65g
carbs about 190

Okay, you are looking retty good here bro with the diet. I would just add another 1/2 cup of brown rice or sweet potatoe to your 3 PM meal.

And go with 1 cup of cottage cheese instead of 1/2 cup before bed. That'll up the protein and calories a bit and still remain somewhat conservative on the carbs. It's enough to increase your weight for a bit.


A "really lean" 190? Like 6% BF is realy lean. Or 8% or 10%?


At 6ft 200lbs you wouldn't by any means look totally massive, you would look thick and solid.


If your goal is 185-190 lean, I'd just bulk hardcore for 6 months, do a cycle of Beastdrol at th beginning of the 7th month, while still on bulk. Get through PCT, and start your cutting fo rnext summer. Go with katanadrol the last 4 weeks of your cut. You will have surpassed your goal weight and look better than you would have imagined. 1 years time is all it takes.

If you take the "stay lean and try and get big" will take twice as long.

As once you get to that size, you will want more. It's addicting.


So, there is my suggestion. Bulk like a mad man, reach 210 lbs, and cut to a lean 185-195.
