Hey when u r evaluating ur nutrition breakdown for a cutting cycle what do u use? I wanna use


2g of Protein per lb of bodyweight
1.5g of Carb per lb of bodyweight

IF u know where I can find out more about proper dieting when cutting. Give the website
 
Personally I try and find my maint cal intake. Watch weight for like a week and write down everything you eat. Then add up the cals for each day and average them out. If your weight really didnt fluctuate much, then your pretty close to maint. I like to cut 500 cals a day, add cardio to burn 500 or do a combination of both. Keep the protien at a high level(your dose above should be fine) and the rest I fill in with other good food. Your body can burn protien for energy and its less likely to be stored as fat. Also stuff thats low on the glycemic index can help as well. In the end, if your cals are below maint you should lose fat and if on cycle very likely add some muscle as well.
