Need Help With JUICED Workouts

I'm running a very mild cycle cosisting of just 300mg of primo stacked with armidex and NYC on a low calorie diet. Would you guys recomend lifting more than once a week or just keep it at that. I really need a good split. Here is what I'm doing now:

Day1-Chest/Bi's
Day2-OFF
Day3-Shoulders
Day4-Off
Day5-Back/Tris
Day6-Legs
Day7-OFF

I really like lifting chest/bis and back/tris, but I feel that my shoulders don't get enough rest with this split. Do you guys have any good splits pairing chest/bis and back/tris together or any good ones in general??

Here is what I have been doing lately

day 1 - shoulders/bi's
day 2 - legs
day 3 - back (inlcudes traps)
day 4 - chest/tri's

I do that once a week, weekends off. I have a day gap in the above which floats around de[ending on how I feel and what I have going on.

When on cycle I find it easier to just work out harder, add sets etc during my existing routine than to add additional workouts.

Thanks for the reply Zyg. How do you feel about breaking up your shoulder workouts? Example, I was thinking about doing a split like this:

Chest/Front+Side Delts
Off
Back/Rear Delts
Legs
Arms
Off
Off

Like I said right now I feel like my shoulders aren't getting enough rest. Since you work your front and side delts with chest and your rear delts with back why not put them together and really kill them that day and allow a whole week for recovery?
The more I look at this the more I think I really like it. What do you or anyone else think??

i was wondering...in your title u said "juiced workout"......let me ask u this.....what difference does it make if u r on a cycle or not at any point in time??i mean when u go to the gym do u work extra hard just cuz u r on a cycle and then when u r not on a cycle u just go in there and piss off most of the time and dont take things seriously??...i dont mean 2 bust your balls but this seems like what the majority of the people do....just an observation.

ABSOLUTELY NOT!!!!! You couldn't be more wrong. I simply entitled the post "jucied workouts" simply because I'm on the juice. The difference in my workouts when on or off has nothing to do with my intensity. I just perform a few more sets and give my self a little less rcovery time when on. I do know what your talking about though. A few people I know only lift hard and diet correctly when on. Lets get back to my question though. What do you guys think about my splits with my delts being split up?

I've split my delts up like that before. Works pretty good, but if your delts are a weak point, it is NOT a good split, b/c your always working them after either back or chest (can't work them before obviously) so they don't get trained as hard. But if your delts aren't lagging, it works great, and I like training bi's and tri's on the same day and getting a crazy pump. Actually that's the exact split I'm on right now, except I'm traing arms twice a rotation b/c they suck.
