Need help with 1st time cycle

I've been dieting/training very intense for the last 1.5 years and decided I wanted to try a cycle to get an extra edge since a couple of my friends have suggested me to because of my intensity and strict diet.

I've read a lot on different types of steroids (test prop being my desired choice) and how post cycle therapies generally work.

I'm 18 yrs old, 6'1 and 183 at 8% bf, goal is 205 at 6% bf. What would you guys recommend for a 1st time cycle of either test prop or maybe even test cyp, PCT and all? My goal is to gain lean muscle/strength without adding virtually any bodyfat.

Any help would be appreciated, thanks.
 
i would recommend you stay away from any kind of steroid or pro hormone until you are older. at your age diet is much more important than anything. your hormones are all ready at peak levels.

To young man. Creatine/protein/good multi vitamins/ good pre workout/great diet. Do your research on those and then get after it until you're about 26. Then start thinking about test. You got plenty of natural testosterone flowing through you at age 18.
 
True, i just don't wanna wait til im in my late 20's to get the body I want. I've been told my test levels are peaking at 18, but I've also read where naturally (at 18) I'm still only producing like 50 mg weekly, and that's with a strict diet and frequent lifting lol. That just doesn't compare to getting 3-400 mg of test per week, regardless of if my hormones are at peak levels.
 
Woah kid 400mg EOD of test prop. At most 150mg EOD maybe 200mg you need to research before you do anything. If you were to do anything do at most 250 mg of test e or cyp. Dude YOU ARE 18 WAY TO YOUNG! There is no need for AAS!
 
i suggest reading the rules... I would also suggest to stop listening to your friends, who don't know shit or what they are talking about... you are far too young to even has this on your mind...
