Need help spicing up Rice and Chicken-Thanks for any info

Foreman grill. Before cooking add some seasoning like vinegar, oregano, garlic powder, mesquite seasoning, tabasco, whatever floats your boat. The vinegar doesn't stand out, but I've found that a cap full thrown on a half pound of chicken does improve the flavor a little.

a great way to spice up your chicken u can use some garlic salt and mollymcbutter a sprinkle of each on the chicken when your cooking it, tastes great. it has lots of sodium though, which isnt too good, also with brown rice put just a dab of honey in there worked great for me.

i did this last night, and it was great.

take a frying pan, slice up chicken breast (strips), put two slices of butter in the pan and heat (i did about a half inch to 3/4 inch combined) i then put the chicken strips into the pan and set the heat to medium-low. i seared the chicken to lightly cooked (guesstimate) then removed all chicken from the pan washed it out and put the pan back on the stove. put about a 1-1.5 tablespoon drop of safflower oil into the pan, made sure i coated the entire base with the amount i had, added freshly chopped basil leaf (note one leaf only), a small amount of garlic powder (or fresh garlic if handy, i didn't feel like cutting some up i'm lazy sometimes) and onion powder. then i covered it, set the heat to medium-high and cooked till lightly brown. i turned them over on occassion, and when i thought they were close to being done i set the heat to low and let them simmer for five minutes.

let me tell you i was damn impressed with myself...that was some good shit.

cook the rice in chicken broth instead of water and just put some black pepper on the chicken...mix them up and you've got a pretty tasty meal and no extra cals
