need help sleeping

can't sleep for shit.. im not on a cycle right now... but i can't sleep at all... anything OTC that will work besides taking a dose of nyquil?

Lexapro for anxiety/depression... i usually have trouble sleeping 2-3 nights a week. i think its because im such a busy person.. i work 2 jobs and go to school, always doing something so when it comes time to go to sleep my mind is racing and i can never fall asleep. hard to fall asleep with thoughts racing through my head..

Not sure bro.
It might be the Anti-depressants that are causing this.
Talk to you Dr and seek some proffesional advice.
He'll know your situation alot better than anyone here

yea i know.. i talked to my doc about it but i guess im gonna have to go back. he use to be cool but here lately he's been a dickhead to me.
