need help?red blotch by delt injection

I did a delt inject of qv winny using a 5/8" 25g pin and burried it. Alot of pain like a bruise was felt about an hour after, about a day after my skin around it turned into like a red blotch, I'm guessing that I didn't go deep enough into the muscle. My question is, is this something that will go away in time or is it something to be real worried about? needless to say I'm already starting to worry a little which probably isn't good. if anyone can help me out with this I would greatly appreciat it, so I can either stop freaking out, or try to get it taken care of.

oh yeah and its also a little warm to the touch, not real hot just warm.

Its probably just irritated. I wouldn't worry just yet.
