[COLOR=Lime]I'm 30yrs old, 6' 2", 220lbs, 2 miles a day runner, and have 5 months to get in great shape so I can enlist into the Army on a Special Forces contract. I would greatly appreciate a cycle recomendation. My goals STRENGTH ENDURANCE do to the requirements of the enlistment choice. I would appreciate help, not criticism. First of all use black text that green is rough on the eyes.

Next for strength & endurance EQ & Var should help you achieve what your looking for!

Sorry about the green! Thanks for a response to my actual question. Seems like good advice. What dosage of EQ & Var would you recommend per week for a first timer? Everyone has told me that my first cycle should be TEST only. Your thoughts on that? I'm not looking to get huge, just looking to be in shape for the physical aspects of military.

I'm an Army veteran, got out in November. The SF pt test is alot more stringent than the regular AFPT. In the 5 months between now and basic, you would need to focus on running endurance and your upperbody muscle endurance. I'd recommend you stay away from the weights and concentrate on plyometric exercises....ie pushups, situps, crunches, pullups, dips and alot of endurance running. You want to be in the type of condition where you can do 70+ pushups, 70+ situps....then go on a 4 mile run for 6 minute miles. If you can do all that you'll dominant thangs. These are the basics, where you want to be and you can always alter your training later depending on what SF requires. You want your bodyfat% to be low and your muscle endurance to be high.

Deca 300MG week 1-12
Winstrol 50MG ed 6-12
