[COLOR=Lime]I'm 30yrs old, 6' 2", 220lbs, 2 miles a day runner, and have 5 months to get in great shape so I can enlist into the Army on a Special Forces contract. I would greatly appreciate a cycle recomendation. My goals STRENGTH ENDURANCE do to the requirements of the enlistment choice. I would appreciate help, not criticism. I've done research and would just like some experienced user advice.
