Need Help Planning PCT

Been away for a bit, but I'm back!! Anyways, this will be my upcomming cycle:

wks 1-4 Prop 525mg
wks 1-14 EQ 600mg
wks 1-14 Enathate 500mg
wks 9-16 60mg Anavar
wks 1-14 50mg Provirion

I will be trying out aifm as my anit-e. My question is what would be the best attack for my pct on the above cycle?? Should I continue the proviron and aifm?? Add some clomid or nolva??

If your going to use a SERM, Id go with 40mg/day nolva.

Switching from AIFM to Dermacrine post cycle would be ideal. Also, running HCG midway through the cycle @ 250iu EOD for a few weeks would help PCT go much smoother.
