Need help on planning 12 week routine

I train self defense classes at a local gym 5 hours a day six days a week. then I personal train 3-4 days a week no more then three clients a day. My physiqe has paid the price. I tried to cut back the hours to get "my hours in the gym"but I've grown accustom to my current lifestyle and need that $. I know theres no easy fix but in order for my bussniess to run succecfully my physical appearance has to be up to par. I am 25, "6,4" and weigh about 230lbs 20%bf. I want to take 12 weeks off to get my "appearance back in order". Any tips on a cycle, training routine, and diet. Dont want to take growth and I hate needles. This would be my fifth cycle. Thanks for the help guys.

worry about your time management more than your cycle. five hours a day, six days a week plus say 6-10 hours of personal training is still barely a full time job.

uhmm....I would forget about a cycle if you hate needles......

Have to agree with the time management advice though, a lot of guys work more hours than that and still manage time in the gym. Just depends on if you really want it or not.

Your diet is going to be the major issue here, more than the routine. Lifting will help spare muscle loss, but if you can't diet the fat away, it won't really matter. You probably eat the same amount you were before, yet aren't burning as many calories. Maybe try getting in some cardio after your classes, or perhaps make the class do cardio so you can join in ;).

12 weeks of prop/tren a ED would sure tighten you up and drop that fat....
