I train self defense classes at a local gym 5 hours a day six days a week. then I personal train 3-4 days a week no more then three clients a day. My physiqe has paid the price. I tried to cut back the hours to get "my hours in the gym"but I've grown accustom to my current lifestyle and need that $. I know theres no easy fix but in order for my bussniess to run succecfully my physical appearance has to be up to par. I am 25, "6,4" and weigh about 230lbs 20%bf. I want to take 12 weeks off to get my "appearance back in order". Any tips on a cycle, training routine, and diet. Dont want to take growth and I hate needles. This would be my fifth cycle.
