Cluck or swim your way to victory Bro'...

That's what my partner has always told me; chicken and tuna. Carb load in the am and post work out, reign it in after 3p.m. and watch your sodium. All basic stuff you prolly already know but my .02 worth, hope it helps.

Yeah, i have been hitting the tuna and tuna on wheat pretty regularly. Carbs in the morning and a large daily protein intake. Salads with a small amount of lowfat dressing... any other personal things you guys do?

I read a recipe a long time ago to make some pretty bad-ass pancakes.... 5 eggs, oatmeal, protein powder, skim milk... might be some more but i remember them being pretty damn good!! Anyone know the full recipe?
:p

.6 pounds is easy! Just stop drinking at noon and weigh in in the evening then start drinking again. National level powerlifters loose 10-15 pounds sometimes to make a lighter class.

I just competed in a bench press meet last weekend. The night before i did not eat and that morning I did not eat or drink anything. I weighed in at 241 and then ate. I competed at 246. That half a pound is nothing.

PS- I won the gold with a 400 pound bench. First 400 ever.
