2)Is the skin getting hard to the touch. If it is GO TO THE DR. It is cellulitis.
3)If you want a mild diuretic try about 400 mg caffeine and 5000mg vit. C. Both are mild diuretics.
4)I do not recommend diuresing yourself though. make sure its not a dvt.
Skin is "very soft" not hard or dry at all. just stretched out a little.
