I'm GH deficient and therefore have to take GH daily at 1.5ius per day. My question is when is the best time to take it? Morning? Midday? Or before bed?
I wake up between 7-8am everyday. Train between 7-8pm. And I'm in bed by 11pm.
Docs says it doesn't matter what time of the day I take it. As long as I take it.
I myself don't really like doctors very much. They all think they are gods. And most of them don't know shit about fuck!
When it comes to hormones...I rather hear advice from a bodybuilder than a doctor.
As you can see, 1.5ius of GH per day ain't shit! It's not enough to grow to be like a gorilla. And I'm sure it's not enough to get super lean. All I want to know (according to hours of waking up, training and going to bed) is when would be the "appropriate" time to take my 1.5ius of GH?
