Recently I just recieved my orders. I'm going to a infantry unit, as a officer. Which mean pretty much, if I dont break/hurt myself and do well at PT, i'm going to get a ranger slot. Right now I have 3 months till BOLC 2. After that I'll go into Ranger PT. My question is what the hell type of weight lifting do I need to do to get myself in primo shape, for the ass kicking i'm about to go through? Only things i could think of was cross fit,but idk
