Need help deciding which style of weight training

Recently I just recieved my orders. I'm going to a infantry unit, as a officer. Which mean pretty much, if I dont break/hurt myself and do well at PT, i'm going to get a ranger slot. Right now I have 3 months till BOLC 2. After that I'll go into Ranger PT. My question is what the hell type of weight lifting do I need to do to get myself in primo shape, for the ass kicking i'm about to go through? Only things i could think of was cross fit,but idk
 
yeah, i've talked to people about this before. cross-fit, but, make sure you add a lot more cardio to it because some of the crossfit WOD's don't hit the cardio hard enough

Honestly you should join classes of MMA drills (explain the coach your situation, so you don't need to envolve yourself on sparring bouts, if that bothers you) these will give all the abs, guts, stamina you need and as weighttraining do something like strongman events twice a week or fullbody workouts if you don't have access to strongman aparatus.
