Need help..... Dbol then test ???

Hi Guys,
Im new to this forum and would appreciate some advice.
Im 30yrs of age and have been lifting moderately for a couple of years at home.
I am a tree surgeon, hence my login name, and therefore have a very active lifestyle that involves a lot of upper body strength and strength stamina.
My body fat is around 12% and I am 151 lbs in weight and ripped.
I have a very high metabolism and always have a hard time gaining any weight/muscle what ever I do.

I have a mate who has done a few cycles in the past and after a lot of research I have started a Dbol cycle currently at 40mg per day and I am exactly 2 weeks in.
Noticing gains in my shoulders and pecs arms and back, but strangly not much increase in the amount of weight I can lift.

I didn't wanna ever do injections but im thinking fuk it if your gonna do something do it properly.

My mate is running a TNT mix twice weekly aas well as Dbol @ 30mg/day... and I was hoping for some advice as to whether I should start doing the same??

Any advice would be great.

Good idea. Yes, definetly try start some kind of Testostrone injection as soon as possible. DBoL is a s test killer, and you won't keep a lot of it post cycle. You'll make a lot more leaner grains on som eking of Testostrone. I personally recommend test e, very cheap and effective. What does your diet look like? Are you running an Ai? What are you doing for pct?
 
I would estimate that I am getting around 4000 cals per day,

mea1 1, 2 poached eggs and brown toast glass of fruit juice with wheat grass
meal 2 2 - 3 scoops of muscle and size gainer = up to 950 cals and 75 grms protein
meal 2 chicken sandwichs or pasta/ brown rice and chicken
few bits inbetween like crisps etc as working outside all day
Then usually have a shake again in the afternoon usually 2 scoops

Then when I get home I usually have a light snack and maybe another shake
Then wife cooks a nice meal such as chicken with vegetables and potatos etc.

Then usually a snack in the evening like a fruit and nut bar etc or maybe a fruit pastry.

How long should I use a test cycle for condsidering im already 2 weeks into a dbol 40mg/day one.

Bro you're not going to gain anything with that meal plan when you're trying to game there should never be a light snack anywhere in the meal plan

And I don't care for shakes says it has 950 cal you're much rather put on size using a meal that has 950 cals

Try eating 2 cups of oatmeal a cup and a half egg whites with two whole eggs and throw some fruit in there and tell me if that doesn't fill you up better than that damn shake

Shakes are a joke when putting on size unless ur utilizing it post workout or waking up in the middle of the night to get some slow digesting protein
 
Could you please give me an idea of a useable diet plan that doesn't involve meticulously counting out stuff into boxes for each day.
 
Currently cooking up a large Turkey breast with brown rice and peas that im gonna eat for lunch tomorrow and afternoon snack tomorrow at work along with a can of tuna that I will eat straight out of the tin if im peckish
