Ok guys I broke my neck last year so been out for awhile got back in the gym and lifting and riding the bike my question is I have lost some weight but cnt find a good diet could someone show me some sample diets food and how much my stats are 6' 236 26% bf also I got some 20 mcg clen and getting some cytomel to take have done clen before and it makes it hard for me to do cardio and seems to make me hungry as hell that's why I was gna try t3 with it this time so sample diets ands cycles thanks

Avoid T3 at all costs at that bf%, you don't need it yet and your body is in the process of recovery. I would look into a CKD or low-cal diet first, incorporating some rigorous cardio 4-5x a week. Also make sure your cals are 500+ lower than your Total Metabolic Rate (they have fat loss calculators all over the internet). Then after a month or two maybe consider the clen and an over-the-counter fat burner for a little extra boost. You can get to a low bodyfat without the T3, I'd consider it a last resort only

You need at least 6-7 smaller servings per day with some Protein in each., You can do this by eating clean whole foods, not processed.
Protein should come a variety of things.Seafood is one of the best sources of Protein because it's usually low in fat. Fish such as salmon is a little higher in fat but it is the heart-healthy kind: omega-3 fatty acids.

White-Meat Poultry
Stick to the white meat of poultry for excellent, lean Protein. Dark meat is higher in fat. The skin is loaded with saturated fat, so remove skin before cooking.

Milk, Cheese, and Yogurt
Not only are dairy foods -- like milk, cheese, and yogurt -- excellent sources of Protein but they also contain valuable calcium. Choose skim or low fat dairy to keep bones and teeth strong, prevent osteoporosis, and enhance weight loss.

Eggs
Eggs are one of the least expensive forms of Protein. The American Heart Association says normal healthy adults can safely enjoy an egg a day.

Beans
One-half cup of beans contains as much Protein as three ounces of broiled steak. Plus, these nutritious nuggets are loaded with fiber to keep you feeling full for hours.

Pork Tenderloin
This great and versatile white meat is 31% leaner than 20 years ago.

Soy
Twenty five grams of soy Protein daily can help lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of heart disease. Combine soy Protein foods like tofu with a healthy low fat diet.

Lean Beef
Lean beef has only one more gram of saturated fat than a skinless chicken breast. Lean beef is also an excellent source of zinc, iron, and vitamin b12.

Protein on the Go
Grab a meal replacement drink, cereal bar, or energy bar. Check the label to be sure the product contains at least six grams of Protein, and is low in sugar and fat.
Needtobuildmuscle has a wide variety of supplements that is an excellent source of nutrition.

RADAR

BTW Throw That Clen & T3 out the window, it stresses the CNS and heart,Raises BP,it could possible cause a cardiac arrest no good can come of it!

Think Radar covered it. T3 is a last resort and should only be ran with T4 and other hormones. Take it from me bro when i say F-ing with your thyroid is a bad idea... Especially at 26.. Your asking for health problems down the line. Your still a yound dude with a good metabolism, eat healthy and do 2 a day cardios and get motivation. The clen is ok, but diet and cardio is far more important than any gear your gonna take. 5-6 am cardio with 10 grams of protein in your stomach for a month with a reg cardio session after you work out and youll wonder where the extra 10 pounds went that you wernt planning on!!!! Thats with good diet of course.
Good luck
Johnny

If you're looking to lose weight, losing a bunch of weight fast isn't always a good idea because you may very well be losing muscle as too.

Hey guys thanks for all the input I'm gna start a clean diet and pick up my cardio where can I find how much protein and how much carbs I need to be taking in to start dropping weight and I started my clen last week I'm up to 60 mcg but I noticed that it makes me want to eat even more is there anything to help curve that or is it something you have to just deal with. Thanks again to everyone

the problem with clen, caffeine, stims etc. is you will lose weight cause your metabolism speeds up.. but then when you stop you will just gain it back.

you need a solid diet first and foremost. stims should be left for people who are preparing for a comp or photoshoot who want to drop a few pounds (example: i lost 3.5 pounds running a burner before my photo shoot last week, and then this week I gained 5 pounds back when i went off of it... 185 to 181 back up to 187!!) not general people just looking to shed weight. hope this makes sense, because you have to make LIFESTYLE decisions to reach your goals. thats why people run diets and fail, or join the gym then quit 2 months later.

so get rid of your tv, start doing more cardio, and run a catabolic diet of fruits, veggies, and LEAN dry chicken/turkey.
and drink a ton of water. change your lifestyle!

Thanks steve and I understand that and I am doin that I am getting my diet lined out I'm just trying to cut as much as I can I am a fighter and have a fight in two months and it is my first fight back after breaking my neck but before when I would drop weight for my fights I would starve myself till weigh in and do lots of cardio and be weak then eat everything I seen after weigh in this go round I would like to do things right change my life style and get to my weight and stay. I just need help with the clean diet part I have heard so many different ways and tried eating all protein and just got burnt out and end up failing I train 7 days a week and lift 5 of those days. Is there some where I could look to get a sample diet plan for my bf weight that details what and how much to eat to first off cut then maintain that weight?
