I been fluctuating with my times I take my pre-workout meal. I used to eat an 1 hr before WO, then I switched to an hour and a half. Then a half hr before WO.... For some odd reason I like the 1hr before working out then taking some gear and other sups a half hr before I WO. I been doing this crap for 20yrs and I'm still freaked-up about my pre-workout meal (timing). Im in shape, so I feel I can get away with this right now, but I wouldn't do this if I was in need to really cut. What are your thoughts? Kind of doing a "lean bulk."
