my problem is i am getting lumps on my ass when i shoot it and the dont hurt at all there just really reallly itchy i mean fkn itchy there is no pain while injecting or anyting its just that there itchy has anyone ever had this or can they recomened anything?
also just to let use know how i am going i am at the end of my 3rd week i started at 100kg and am now 103kg witch is not a huge jump but i have been eating clean and i am loosing my gut witch is a good thing i am up on liffting all my weights about 5 kg all around i have had some intense pumps but i must say i did expect more but i have been told and i have read that it can take up to 5 weeks to really kick in.
what do you have on hand for sides?
what do you have for pct?
just checking because it sounds like your new and most vets always right this in when righing down there cycle as they are important parts of the cycle.

im working out at a home gym with a very respected person who has 15-20 people training there he was an ex body builder so im not to sure wat brand of test e i am getting but all i know is that the first 4 shots were fine and then i copped this its funny but i got some alo vera cream and rubbed it in for 2 days it broke the lump up and then left very small lumps just were i was injected
for the pct he has that on hand some arimidex on hand if needed along with novldex
oh and just to let you know i had another shot last night its my 6th one and that made a lump straight away its jus really annoying coz there really hard and then get itchy

also just to let use know i started at 103kg no i have been eating pretty clean im not wighing my food or anything but im eating well not in huge portions so i get maybe 5-7 times per day no soda drinks no fired food simple im down to 102kg after 3 weeks is it beacouse i have changed my diet i do feel stronger not heaps but there is a diffrence and my shoulders and shrugs look jacked after a work out as well but yer i guess i just expected to be much stronger but maybe i am asking for to much it is only the end of the 3rd week.
p.s i must say i am happy with the gut going amazing i havent really even been doing much cardio 10 min on the running machine 2-3 times a week.
and one last question sorry for busting all your balls but do you think it is ok to work out cheast 2 times a week i am a strong beliver in hit it 1 time hard enough not to have t hit it again for a week but it is the one part that i think is my week point.
Thats pretty normal. You're going to lump up a little but you need to make sure you are FORCEFULLY kneading the injection site when your done injecting. I mean take your knuckles and knead your ass like a your trying to flatten pizza doe for about a minute. This SHOULD hurt a little if you're doing it hard enough. Of course make sure your hands are clean since you just poked. The idea is to spread the compound around so it doesn't just sit there for days causing the painful lumps or get infected.
