NEED CYCLE HELP! Sust 250 and winny!

Okay sorry about my old post was in a huge rush before class, ill make it more legible and easier for those who will aid me.

My stats: Age:21

Height: 6'2

Weight: 205

Diet: clean and caloric

training history- 2 years with no breaks longer then a week.

Interest: Sustanon/winstrol (sust shots, winny tabs)

Anti e- hopefully nolvadex, and clomid for PCT

So there's my info, what i need is help tying this cycle together, the winny is 50 mg ed sorry i forgot that, I have a 4 week supply of winny and i believe 8-10 of sust, would i start the winny later on or begin with it along with the sust? do i take the nolvadex while on my cycle? i just need all the info i have givin tied into a cycle, i have some information, but want first hand answers. *this is my first cycle ever*

You probably should wait longer before you cycle, im sure you have plent of natural growing to do. Anyways you already have it so....How much sust do you have and at what dose a week are you going to be taking it at? Some ppl like to take there winny in the beggining and some at the end of the cycle depending on what your doing, its all in prefrence once you know your body. You could take it the first 4 weeks or the last 4 weeks of the cycle, in your case i would take it in the beggining more less for a kick start. And you dont take your nolva unless you start to see sighns of gyno...puffy ictchy nips or developing lumps underneath your nipples, otherwise wait until the end of your cycle and follow proper PCT protacol.

Get a lil more winny to run it about 8 weeks... on a 4 weeker about 2 weeks is spent loading so you only have 2 weeks of actual benefit/gains

Just run the test if its your first cycle. Save the winstrol. Besides it makes your tendons brittle.

You can use nolva for PCT but dont use it as an AI while on cycle. There are much better drugs for that. Aromasin, Arimidex, ect.

okay so, for pct say i want to take the aromasin...do i finish my 8 weeks and then start that immediatly after? wait a week, 2 weeks? any info would be awesome!
