need cycle help......again.

Heres the skinny bro's
last year this time i was giong to start my 2nd cycle and had to cancel it cause it ran into a field exercise with work. i want to get back to it now. so heres what i'm working with and what i want.

Age-23
Wt-160lbs
BF%-roughly 12%
Ht-5'6"
heres what i'm looking to acheive:
I do not want to balloon up at all so i'm not looking for a bulking. i want to get shredded and drop the BF% and become alot more vascular. and also harded up. i cant have anything that will hinder my stamia and endurance at all. if anything, boost it. as i will be doing loads of running and swimming and probably biking. i'd like to keep it to something thats only about 12 weeks long if possible. the last one i was going to do was 16 weeks. well i'm looking forward to any input. i think i covered everything...thanks bro's.

EQ @ 400 wk
Add some Var in at wk 6 50mgs or Tbol 40mgs per day
That should suit your needs.

No it shouldn't

Lean gains of about 10-15 lbs, your metabolism & diet play a major role in that.

I am running test, eq and tbol right now and it's is definately a kick ass cycle. If you go with those 3 compounds you will not be disappointed. Remember what RADAR said about diet. Diet is the key when training. Even though it's the holidays I will not be eating any junk food. Good luck and train like a beast!
 
hows this look, this is what i was goign to run last year and had to back out cause of work. what do you guys think of this....any modifications or anything....and what all would i be looking to get out of this. with a strict diet and strict training program........and whats the down fall of any of this gear i listed...thanks for the help bros....

since you're saying that you're gonna be doing loads if running,you can forget it! Winny is gonna be murder on your joints.

I hear what you say about Winny and the joints but one of the best cycles I ever did was Winstrol T-3 And Clen...You want to get Shredded thats a cyle right there but being that T-3 and Clen will make you hot and a little slugish you may not like it.. But Winny I prefer of EQ...Now everyone is different and you may prefer EQ but thats on ou
 
yeah i'd stay away from winny if you're gonna run alot...
i personally do eq/deca myself.. like it, nice lean gains without the "bulking" look

you could just run Test & EQ that will be sufficient expect 10-15lbs if you


tweak your diet , but if you want speed & endurance then cut back calories...

since you will be doing a lot of running/swimming you would be easily ripped if you just watched your diet even a little bit. you really won't need any winny at all. eq always makes me hard and vascular without cardio.

thats exactly what i'm looking for is speed and endurance...so i dont want to gain too much weight. a nice solid lean 10lbs is all i'd like to get.....

For most (including me) that's true but, what about Ben Johnson?
 
out of interest if you were to swap masteron for winny at the end of the cycle and run that up to pct would that be as bad on your joints??
