Need bigger shoulders

I have neglected to work my shoulders for a while until the other day when someone pointed out that the rest of my body was huge and I had no shoulders lol... The last couple times I do them they don't get sore. Does anyone have a workout for me?

I could really use a full body plan, so if anyone feels like hooking me up with one id appreciate it. But for now does anyone have a killer shoulder Excersize?

To build big shoulders you need to overhead press! DB, BB, standing, seated, cleans...always push yourself to push the weight, but be smart, shoulder injuries are too common.

Pullups would be best for your shoulders. Try pullups while carrying some weight on your back, it would add an additional benefit. Use as much weight as you can.

Try upping your reps 10 - 15...... Been loving pushing out some higher rep x shorter break times......

To get a good ache I do lighter but do a slow neg,be careful though.do arnolds to it works all three heads that's what I finish off with

You've just said the problem reps 6-8 don't stop till you literally can't do any more go to failure and I'm sure you will be sore sounds to me like your not pushing your self enough!

Could be the case or the weight is too heavy and the op can't get the extra reps

Pull-up is for lats !!
Remember : muscles pull not push.
Do basic shoulders workouts such as:
Bar press, dumbbell press, and flies.
Btw if u don't work ur shoulders u will get injured n u won't be able to do chest coz ur shoulders r not strong enough to support when u do bench pressing , at the same time make sure to do safe shoulders workouts as shoulders tendons r easily injured.

SL 5x5 for full body workout. Start with no weight on bar. Things should balance out.
He said bigger shoulders. 5 reps aint gonna get em big. 5X5 is not the answer to every lifting problem. To the op just do overhead presses. Focus on controlling the weight and do higher reps

Shoulders is one of the muscles groups that responds really well to high volume and high intensity. Do a lot of drop sets, rest pause, force twos, etc. along with bumping the rep range up in to the double digits. They will grow. Promise.

Shoulders are my favorite...

Arnold dumbbell press-3sets x10
Pull ups- 3sets x10(use weighted belt if they become easy)
Shoulder press-3sets x10(increase weight with each set)

Those are the three that helped me the most!

Yes pull up target those areas but you need to build the areas around it at the same time...would you build A house without A foundation? Just saying

I've been doing the same basic routine for 30 yrs.

side laterals
presses
bent raise
upright rows

I just change the order around. Sometimes I press with DBs, sometimes standing, sometimes on the Smith machine. Laterals are usually standing but sometimes lying on my side on an incline bench.
