I am new on here and I just need some advise from anyone that can help. I am 27 yrs, 5'10", 182lbs and about 15%BF. About 1 1/2 yrs ago I weighed 230 lbs and began working out religiously 4-5 a week and have not missed more than 4 days in a row since. I have been taking mostly Nitric Oxide products and thermogenics as supplements as well as eating properly with the protein, carbs and essential fatty acids.
For the past 4-5 months I have not noticed the gains that I have been working hard for and recently I talked to my buddy and he told me about test 200 and how it has worked for him. I have never contemplated steroids but I am at that point of almost giving up and going back to the BEER!
My goals are pretty simple. I am looking to put on size without alot of water retention. I would like to stay around 190-195 lbs and lower my body fat to around 8-10.
I have been reading alot about EQ, Test, Decca, and Winny and I am just wondering what you guys would recommend for me to take.
