I just recently changed jobs and my schdule was really fucked up. I got lazy and quit training for almost a month and I was in the middle of my cycle. I dropped the dose from 750 mg of test weekly down to 250 and my diet sucked. Now I have enough test to run at 250 mg for about 6 weeks. What advice can you guys give as to how to get back into it and save any mass I put on. Right now I am not motivated and seem to be getting fat. PLEASE HELP! Sometimes this life style is not easy to handle!

Seems like you should drop the cycle completely. Do some recovery if you need to, and get your life back on track before trying again.

what kind of test are you running? if it is a long chain say like sust and you have cycled in the past 250mg is not gona give a lot of gains.i would just do 250mg every 7-10 days and get your diet dialed in,bust ass in the gym.start post cycle clomid theropy about 10-14 days after last shot.@ 250 mg of just test you can still have some gains and trim up but diet is the key.honestly bro if you cant motovate yourself to stay in the gym while on, then your setting yourself up for a big mental barrier when you come off.imo post cycle is more important because if you fall into the mental rut like when you see your strenth start to drop, start getting tired from metabolic lag.its real easy to start laying out of the gym and slipping up on your diet.but if you can stay focused and get past that first month or so you can keep most of your gains.

follow the above advice...drop it and come back to fight another day...dont waste the product or your money...

I agree...stop any cycle, recover and organize your time...start training properly, organize your diet, then think in start a new cycle.

Thanks guys! I might stay off of the gear for a while for the simple fact that I do have motivational problems while on gear. The whole thing is like a roller coaster...mentally and physically. There is something about the added sex drive, and strength gains that make me want to do other things. Working out isn't always first. One extreme to the next! Training and diet....good sound advice! Thanks bros!
