Dude thats awesome tell him not to say a word, no busted labs are nothing. Without a search warrant he's pretty much safe cuz they can't use that in a court of law. If they were smart they would've found it and then got a search warrant and came back, thats the only way. They can't bring his stuff in as evidence thats why they are calling him and trying to get him to incriminate himself. HE SHOULD SAY NOTHING AT ALL, again unless a lawyer is present. Legally they can't use the shit that they found, it was an illegal search and seizure.

He knows not to say anything without a lawyer present. His conversation w/ LE was no more than 2-3 minutes. They only thing that they asked him was if he put it under his tongue, mainlined it or injected it. After that it was just asking for cooperation to bust other people. He immediately said absolutely not and his hand was shaken and he was shown to the door.

Bro..all he has to do is say he knows nothing about it and it is not his, doesnt know how it got there, especially if he wasnt even there when they seized it.....etc.etc., unless he has already cracked and said it was his then hes got a problem, im no attorney but I am pretty versed on the law... been retired for 2 yrs now and was on the job for 20............fl2tn

It was found in his dresser though. The only thing w/ saying it wasn't his is that that means it was someone elses in the house or he is dealing. What about if he was holding it for someone else. Which is actually the truth, but he would never say who though.
