I'd say with your liver issues and obvious drug problems that it's time to go on PC.T and then re-hab, AA or fuckin' church and prey your ass can straighten up.

Is this rock bottom - if not - it will come soon with major kidney or liver problems and you'll have no choice but to quit or get very sick.

The tren should get back into your system, but I'd expect to see a hiccup in time where you may not see it working very efficiently, although it will only be getting blood levels normalized again. It would depend on how much longer you plan to run the cycle too.
