hi i want to start pwerlifting,ive been wieght training for 5 years,mostsly bodybuilding style,incorporating around core sqats,deads,and benches.iam currently 6ft 228 pounds.no idea of bf% but am fiarly lean,i can still see my abs,lol.i have 5 cycles down.when i began i was 169lbs.currently on 1750-2grams cyp/prop.ive read alot of the threads and went to many on the links you guys have posted.they were very informative,but i need a starting point.exactly what exersizes,reps,and days on/off.i currently do 2 days on 1 off then 2on.this is gonna be a big change for me,so all help is appeciated.one catch i squat on a power sqat machine from cybex because of a old lower back injury from squatting,how ever it does not effect my deads,cant figure out why.thanks in advance.i hope to see some replies cause i can see you guys a very hardcore here,so help a brother out,thanks
