NEED a Program!!!

ok guys i need to get my strength up and put some size on for some up coming training. i need a good overall program that will help big time with strength and fill me out my body adapts real quick to things
stats-
6'2" 227lbs

bench 250lbs
rack pull 550lbs
squat around 220 (prev.knee injury)
 
Yep 5x5, download the excel spreadsheet and start a journal. And like moya said eat like a mofo.
 
if you want to lift as heavy as possible, you need to get plenty of carbs...
i think a bad day for me would be somewhere around 300g...
i mostly do powerlifting/strength training and i can definately tell a difference in my strength from my carb intake...
if you have a tendency to get really fat you should be careful, but otherwise i dont think you will have a problem eating 500g+ a day... they will help you grow too... and you may gain some fat, but as you add muscle your metabolic rate will rise and as long as you lift heavy and intense you should do fine... use them as fuel :evil:

Do you follow a guideline for proteins too? It seems like i gained more weight when i stopped concentrating on getting a high protein intake. I get only about 140 grams a day and i'm still making gains strength and weight wise.
