Ok, here is the deal, I am 5'10, 192lbs, 13%bf and on fina/eq started a week ago and just want to keep my strength and drop bf while staying at the same weight. THUS, for me, cardio is going to be key, I am going to do it at least 6 days a week at night for 1hr and whenever I can when I wake up in the mornings for a little bit on an empty stomach. I want to get shredded. Diet is spot-on.
Ok, my problem is developing my split. I think what I want to do is a 6on/1off. Essentially, I would do 1 body part ed and then cardio afterwards. I would workout Mon-Sat and take Sundays off. I need to know what muscles to avoid working back to back (ie, not do bis after back day). Here is my thinking:
Mon: Back/Hamstrings
Tues: Tri's
Wed: Shoulders
Thurs: Quads/Calves/Glutes
Fri: Bi's
Sat: Chest
Also, EOD I will do some core exercises working front abs, obliques, and other exercises using stability/big ball/etc.
