You could try a circuit training type routine for you chest. For example pick about 4 or so work outs and do 1 set of each with around 12 to 14 reps with no rest in between than after you finished the circuit (each work out once) rest a min. than do it again. To those who think there strong you should give it a shot, its kills so bad (burn wise). I was doing the 3set, 8rep routine with a min. rest between the sets and was getting pretty strong and puffy but I asked a big natural guy that was shredded what he does and he told me the circuit training thing like I described above so I started to give it a shot. I'm on my thrid week and have made gains (measured gains with a tape measure, I check my progress every 15 days) ever since. I keep going to failure on everything and its such and amazing feeling for your muscles to be so taxed you are just benching the bar with effort. Give it a shot, If you don't like it you can always try some thing else.
