Need A Better Back, hows this look??

I'm thinking about changing my back/rear delt exercises up. Tell me what you guys think of this:

5 sets deadlift
3 sets widegrip pulldown
3 sets bent over barbell rows
3 sets reverse flys
3 sets shrugs/standing barbell row

This is what it used to look like:

3 sets widegrip pullups
3 sets db rows
3 sets cable rows
3 sets reverse flys
3 sets shrugs

How does the new one look?? sets?? order?? etc...
 
the bb thickness exercise like deads and rows will really work wonders, but instead of doing both, you may want to alternate between one and the other alternating in eack workout, also alternate the shrugs as well.

so one workout would include bb rows and shrugs, while the other would hjave just deads in them
